									<p>Questa “rubrica” è nata dal desiderio di condividere con voi le <strong>ricette che più mi hanno colpito nel corso dei miei viaggi</strong> ma, il tabbouleh l’ho scoperto in un <a href="http://www.inazareni.it/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">ristorante palestinese nel centro storico di Brescia: <strong>I Nazareni</strong>. </a>Mi sono innamorata di questo piatto dal sapore fresco e aspro. 									<h2>Tabbuleh ricetta palestinese</h2><p>Tabbuleh, ricetta che ha origini siriane e libanesi è oggigiorno <strong>molto diffusa nella cucina di tutto il Medio e Vicino Oriente</strong>, principalmente in Turchia e appunto, in Palestina sebbene comporti alcune varianti:</p><p>Nella cucina libanese, ad esempio, si utilizza più prezzemolo che bulgur – del quale vi parlerò tra poco- mentre in quella palestinese e siriana, il bulgur è l’ingrediente predominante.</p><h2> Che cos&#8217;è il Bulgur?</h2><p>Il bulgur pare sia <strong>originario della Anatolia</strong> – è difficile risalire con esattezza a così tanti secoli fa. Dalle mie ricerche sembrerebbe che questa preparazione sia nominata persino nel Vecchio Testamento, ma non ve lo so dire con esattezza, mi dovete perdonare. Appena concluderò la lettura, vi saprò dire di più.</p><p>Quello che so per certo è che<strong> il bulgur è fatto con del frumento germogliato</strong>, lavato, setacciato e bollito, messo ad asciugare al sole e successivamente macinato.</p><p><strong>Dal grado di macinatura e dalla grandezza dei granelli dipende l’utilizzo</strong>: una macinatura grande è idonea per minestre e zuppe, mentre la media è perfetta per pilaf, ripieni e insalate – che è quella che più comunemente troviamo in vendita e quella che ci interessa per la nostra ricetta.</p><h2>Proprietà alimentari</h2><p>Il <strong>bulgur è un alimento prezioso</strong>, ricco di fibre e sali minerali come ferro, potassio e magnesio, ricco di fibre e vitamina B, PP e E. Non di meno, è adatto a diete ipocaloriche in quanto 100 grammi di bulgur equivalgono a circa 340 kca.</p>								</div>

									<h2>Come preparare la Tabbouleh ricetta palestinese:</h2><ul><li>Cuocere il bulgur in 1/5 l di acqua per circa 10 min.
